The 2024 SEAC Spring Meeting will be held at the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort and Spa in Delray Beach, Florida, on June 19-21, 20243. We look forward to seeing everyone in this beautiful beachfront location.

Fall 2023 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held at the Desoto Savannah in Savannah, Georgia, on November 15-17, 2023.  Attendees were pleased with the hotel as well as the historic location, with lots of great sites to experience.  Sessions continued to be well attended and included strong audience participation.

Spring 2023 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida on June 22-24, 2023.  The location was a big hit with attendees, as was the content of the presentations.  Several sessions focused on artificial intelligence and potential implications on insurance and actuarial practices were especially noteworthy.

Fall 2022 - The SEAC Annual Meeting was held at the Hyatt Centric in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 16-18, 2022.  This was a joint meeting along with the Actuaries' Club of the Southwest (ACSW). We had continued strong attendance and participation in the sessions, with positive feedback all around.  Congratulations to Woolford London (President) and JoAnn Bogolin (Member-At-Large) on their elections.

Spring 2022 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held at The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota, Florida on June 22-24, 2022.  The event was well attended, with both the location and the content well received by those in attendance.

Fall 2021 - The SEAC Annual Meeting returned to an in-person format at the Hotel Emeline in Charleston, South Carolina on November 17-19, 2021. It was great to see people again and renew our relationships and connections in person.  Congratulations to Kareen Dorsett on her election to serve as SEAC President for 2021, and welcome John Gramelspacher, our newest at-large member of the Executive Committee.

Spring 2021 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was a virtual event held on June 23-24, 2021. The pandemic continued to be a major consideration for live events, but the meeting was as successful and well-attended as ever.

Fall 2020 - The SEAC Annual Meeting was a virtual session held jointly with the Actuaries' Club of the Southwest on November 18-19, 2020.  Congratulations to Alison Pool on her election to serve as SEAC President for 2021, and welcome David Rowbottom, our newest at-large member of the Executive Committee.

Spring 2020 - The SEAC held our first ever Virtual Meeting on June 24-25, 2020.  Members enjoyed a Professionalism seminar, Business, General and Practice-Specific sessions under the confines of Social Distancing.

Fall 2019 - The SEAC Annual Meeting was held November 20-22, 2019 at The Whitley located in Atlanta, Georgia.  Congratulations to Rebecca Scotchie on her election to serve as SEAC President for 2020, and welcome Michael Celichowski, our newest at-large member of the Executive Committee.

Spring 2019 - The Spring Meeting was held at the Ritz-Carlton (Fort Lauderdale) on June 19-21, 2019.  Earning Continuing Education credits by the beach is a huge advantage of SEAC membership.

Fall 2018 - The SEAC Annual Meeting was held at the Hutton Hotel (Nashville) on November 14-16, 2018.  Congratulations to Mark Massey on his election to serve as SEAC President for 2019, and welcome to John Condo and Woolford London, our newest at-large members of the Executive Committee.

Spring 2018 - The Spring Meeting was held at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point (Naples) on June 20-22, 2018.  In addition to three days of meetings, water slides were only made better by the lazy river.

Fall 2017 - The SEAC Annual Meeting was held at the Ballantyne Hotel Charlotte on November 15-17, 2017.  Congratulations to Ashlee Borcan on her election to serve as SEAC President for 2018, and welcome to Kareen Dorsett, our newest at-large member of the Executive Committee.

Spring 2023 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida on June 21-23, 2023.  Attendance was particularly strong for this meeting at a beautiful resort location with a strong assortment of speakers and presentations.  We also launched a new partnership with an event planner to assist with outside activities during the conference.
