New Memberships

The membership eligibility requirements of the Southeastern Actuaries Conference, as stated in Article 3 of the Constitution, are as follows: APPLICANT FOR MEMBERSHIP may include any qualified person residing in Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia, and:

(1) who is a Fellow or an Associate of the Society of Actuaries,

(2) who is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries,

(3) who is a Fellow or an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society,

(4) who has passed at least 4 courses from the Society of Actuaries or the Casualty Actuarial Society, or

(5) who has comparable professional actuarial credentials from another country.

Such qualified person may be admitted as a Member by the affirmative vote of the majority of the Executive Committee.  Membership dues are $225 annually; $50 for university students.

Fall 2025 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held The Ballentyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, on November 19-21, 2025. The meeting was well attended at a great location and included some great sessions.

Spring 2025 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs, Florida, on June 10-12, 2025. Attendees enjoyed the great hotel, private beach island, wonderful food and great networking. 

Fall 2024 - The SEAC Fall meeting was held at the Whitley Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, GA on November 20-22, 2024.  We celebrated our 75th anniversary with the attendees. 

Spring 2024 - The SEAC Spring Meeting was held at the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort and Spa in Delray Beach, Florida, on June 19-21, 2024. Attendees enjoyed the fabulous location and hotel, along with informative content from the sessions. We continued our partnership for additional activities during the Spring meetings.
